Which channel should I use to book a urologist in Busan?

What should the first message contain?
Five things, in any order. The clinic reads unstructured messages perfectly well, but these five let the reply be complete on the first exchange rather than the third:
- 1 Your travel dates. Or, for residents, the days you can attend. This is what turns a general enquiry into a proposed slot.
- 2 What you are hoping to address. One line is enough — “vasectomy”, “ED consultation”, “I think I have phimosis”. Medical vocabulary is not required; plain words are read correctly.
- 3 Anything relevant in your history. Blood thinners, diabetes, heart medication, prior surgery in the same area. These change what can be done on the day.
- 4 Whether you want treatment on the same visit. Many procedures — vasectomy, circumcision, girth filler, STD testing — can be consulted and done on one day if the clinic knows in advance.
- 5 Where you are messaging from. Your time zone lets the clinic reply at a sensible hour and tells the urologist what a realistic trip looks like.
What comes back?
A reply in English from the clinic, usually with four parts: confirmation that the concern is something Urogyn treats; the urologist's provisional plan — which consultation, which tests are likely, whether same-day treatment is realistic; the published price for each item, taken from the price list; and one or more proposed appointment times. If the urologist needs more information first — a photograph, a prior result, a clearer description — the reply asks for it. Same-day means consultation and treatment on one visit, and it works when the clinic knows in advance what you are coming for. Your message states the concern; the reply says whether same-day treatment is realistic for it and what conditions apply — no blood thinners for a procedure, no antibiotics in the previous two weeks for an STD panel, a recent result for a BPH decision. On the day, the urologist consults, examines and, if everything matches what was discussed, proceeds. If something is found that changes the plan, you are told and nothing is done without your agreement. Hours and time zones
The clinic is open Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00, Korea Standard Time (UTC+9), and closed on Sundays. Messages are read during those hours; a message sent overnight from Europe or the Americas is answered when the clinic opens, which for most Western time zones means a reply is waiting when you wake. Sending photographs: optional, and private
Photographs are never required, and for some concerns they are unnecessary. Where they help — enlargement, curvature, foreskin problems, gynecomastia, a lump or lesion — they let the urologist give a specific first reply rather than a general one. They are viewed by the urologist only, are not stored beyond the clinical record, and are not shared with anyone. Once you accept a proposed time by message, the slot is held for you. Changing dates is a message; the clinic re-proposes times. Cancelling is a message.
