• 2 Volume-up (₩1,300,000). Rather than discarding the inner skin, it is rolled and fixed beneath the shaft skin to create a modest girth effect. Chosen by men who want a cosmetic change alongside circumcision, without filler.
• 3 Extension (₩2,000,000). Circumcision combined with release of the suspensory ligament — the same release used in lengthening surgery — to reveal additional visible length. Recovery is longer than basic.
