How does recovery differ across enlargement procedures in Busan?

Filler: the first week

• 1 Day 0. You leave within the hour. The shaft is swollen and feels larger than the final result. Snug underwear, no alcohol, no heat. A cool pack over the underwear if advised.
• 2 Days 1–3. Swelling peaks and begins to settle. Some unevenness or small lumps are normal as the gel integrates; do not press or massage unless the urologist instructed it for your case.
• 3 Days 3–7. Swelling largely gone; the shape is close to final. No sexual activity until about a week and the urologist's confirmation.
• 4 Week 2 onward. Final result. Any residual small irregularity that has not settled by four weeks is reviewed by photograph; filler can be adjusted or, at ₩1,500,000, dissolved.

Fat graft: the harvest site and the reabsorption weeks

A fat graft has two sites: the abdomen or thigh where fat was harvested, with a small dressing and bruising that fades over two weeks, and the shaft where it was placed. The shaft swells markedly in the first days and the early size is not the final size — as our Busan urologists say on the day — a proportion of transferred fat is reabsorbed over the first two to three months in every patient, which is why the listed ₩1,500,000 retouch within a year exists as a normal option. Compression at the harvest site as instructed, snug underwear, no heat or alcohol for the first week, and — critically — no pressure or massage on the shaft in the early weeks unless the urologist has specifically prescribed it for evenness, because the graft is establishing a blood supply and pressure can reduce what survives. Dermal graft: the surgical weeks

A dermal graft is placed through an incision, so the recovery is a surgical one: a dressing for the first days, swelling that peaks in the first week and settles over several, and a suture line that matures over months. The early feel is firm and slightly uneven; the graft integrates and softens toward its final uniform firmness over three to six months. No pressure or sexual activity until the urologist confirms the graft has taken — usually four to six weeks — and no bath, pool or sauna until the line has sealed. VY lengthening: traction and the angle

VY advancement leaves a suture line at the base of the penis where the skin was advanced, and a released ligament beneath it that will try to re-tether as it heals. The recovery therefore has two parts: the wound, which behaves like any surgical line — dressing, swelling, sealed by two to three weeks — and the traction or stretching routine the urologist prescribes for a period afterwards, which is what keeps the released length from being lost. It is not optional and it is not an add-on; it is part of the operation. Erect angle is often slightly lower after ligament release, which the urologist says before surgery. Sex from four to six weeks with confirmation; three to five nights before flying. Massage: when it helps and when it harms

The internet is full of massage advice for enlargement recovery; almost all of it is wrong for at least one of the four procedures. Follow the written instruction for the procedure you had, and ask by message before doing anything else.

Warning signs, plainly

• Filler: skin that turns pale, dusky or mottled over the injected area, or severe pain out of proportion — a vascular concern that needs assessment the same day. Rare, and the reason MFDS-approved product and a urologist injecting matter.
• Fat graft: fever, spreading redness or pus at either site; a hard, hot, painful area on the shaft; or a harvest site that bleeds through its dressing.
• Dermal graft and VY: a gap opening in the line, bleeding that does not stop with pressure, fever, or swelling that increases after day three rather than settling.
• Any procedure: inability to pass urine, or numbness of the glans that persists beyond the anaesthetic.
